Booking and confirmation

A trip is confirmed once we agree the itinerary, date and price with you — usually on WhatsApp — and you accept the quote. Prices are confirmed per trip and include what is listed on the experience page.

Payment

Payment details are shared at the time of booking. For multi-day safaris a deposit may be required to secure accommodation and park arrangements.

Cancellation

Let us know as early as possible if your plans change. Day trips cancelled at least 48 hours before pickup are rescheduled or refunded where no costs have been incurred. Multi-day trips follow the cancellation rules of the lodges and parks involved.

Weather, tides and wildlife

Boat trips depend on tides and sea conditions; wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed. If conditions are unsafe we will offer a new date, an alternative trip or a refund of unused services.

Safety

Follow your guide's instructions at all times — around wildlife, on boats and at the canyon. Life jackets are provided on all boat trips. Guests take part in activities at their own risk; we recommend travel insurance.

Children

Children are welcome on most trips. Child pricing depends on the park or activity rules and is confirmed in your quote.
