How we handle your information under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or transfer request, we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, travel dates, pickup location and group size. We only ask for what we need to plan your trip.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare itineraries and prices, arrange pickups, and run your trip safely. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

Only the people needed to deliver your trip — for example a driver or boat captain who needs your name and pickup point. Suppliers such as lodges may receive guest names where bookings require it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can recognise returning guests, then deleted.

Your rights
